This is a Burmese street food Atho made of traditional noodles,the combination of cooked and and uncooked vegetables{Onion,fried onion,cabbage,}[also non veg like fish,dry fish] and ingredients ,The specialty is hand made and good for health.This good to have in winter ,and all the times,very delicious.
The Soup is a side dish of the atho contains plantain and dry fish is very spicy and hot
